建议使用方法:
每次可用3g至10g。可用于泡水、炖、煮,也可直接服用。可依据个人喜好调整份量。可单用,也可搭配其他食材或药材。水量可依据个人口味进行调整。
用法一:切片,加入约300ML的热水,中火炖4小时。
用法二:切片,加入约1L的水,煮2小时。
用法三:切片,直接加入热水冲泡至少15分钟后才服用。
用法四:研粉,每次服用1至2茶匙。
