- We accept payment by FPX, debit cards and credit cards.
- All prices of the products listed on our websites are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Once payment has been made, we will process and deliver orders using the shipping courier service. (Standard price for WM = Rm10) (Easy Parcel)
- All delivery orders will be processed and shipped in 3-7 working days after the order has been made.
- We will process all orders within 2-3 working days.
- System will provide “Order Confirmation” via email once online payment is made.
- Tracking Number will be provided to you after delivery has been made.
- If the order has been shipped, the order purchased cannot be changed or cancelled due to personal reasons.
- If the order has not been shipped, kindly contact us at 012-7030989 or email us at enquiry@yantuck.com to explain your situation as soon as possible.
- In the event that the product is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel order. We will promptly inform you and initiate the process of refunding any payment you have made.
