建议使用方法：
每次可用1片至2片。
用过滤水浸泡约3至4小时。将精选斗湖洞燕窝放入炖盅，加入约250ML至500ML的热水，中火炖3至4小时。
可依据个人喜好调整份量。可单用，也可搭配其他食材或药材，例：蜜糖，红枣。水量可依据个人口味进行调整。
