1. Return Conditions and Process

1.1 Eligible Reasons for Returns
You may request to return any product which you purchased from our website within seven (7) business days from the day of receipt of the product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:
(a) The product delivered is different from your order.
(b) The product delivered does not correspond with the description on our Website as of the date of purchase.
(c) The product delivered is in damaged or defective condition.
(d) The product has exceeded the date stated as “best before” or “expiry dates” on the packaging.

1.2 Criteria of Product Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following criteria:
(a) They must be unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed;
(b) They must remain in their original packaging;
(c) They must be unopened and free from any markings; and
(d) They must be returned in their entirety and not disassembled into separate parts.

1.3 Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, you must notify Yan Tuck by email at enquiry@yantuck.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the product at your designated delivery address. Subsequent to receiving your return request, Yan Tuck will review and evaluate, at our sole discretion, to determine the action to be taken, including but not limited to:
(a) Replace the product with a new item.
(b) Provide you a full or partial refund for the product, depending on the condition of the product.
(c) Credit your account with the equivalent value of the product.
(d) Notify you that the product is not eligible for return.

1.4 Return Confirmation and Delivery
Yan Tuck will confirm your return request by way of e-mail. Upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the product by delivering it to the following address:

1.5 Shipping Costs
You agree to arrange and bear the costs of returning any products to Yan Tuck whether by way of postal services or alternative means. Yan Tuck reserves the right to deduct the expenses relating to any collection service from the refund amount.

1.6 Approval Required
Yan Tuck must receive and approve your return request before processing your return.

2. Exchange Conditions and Process
2.1 Exchange Request
Yan Tuck may allow product exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided that the product is returned in the original condition, quantity and packaging in which they were originally delivered to the customer, together with proof of purchase.

2.2 Exchange Costs
You agree to be responsible for the costs associated with any delivery and/or collection services incurred during the exchange process.

2.3 Refusal of Exchange
Products may not be accepted for exchange for the following reasons:
(a) Damage or defect of the product caused by your negligence in opening the packaging or any other personal factors
(b) Clearance specials product(s) (Expiry date has been shown on the product page)
(c) Giveaways item
(d) The request for exchange is submitted after seven (7) calendar days from the date of your receipt of the product

3. Products that are Not Eligible for Return and/or Exchange

The following precious products will not be included in the Return and Exchange Policy as we have carefully reviewed and confirmed with you before selling and/or shipping the products to you:
(a) “Premium Herbs” Series
(b) “Herbal Powder” Series
(c) Any other product with the label “No Return or Exchange”, “Prepared Upon Request” as of the time of purchase.

4. No Obligation to Refund or Exchange

4.1 Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges
Yan Tuck reserves the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange and retains the discretion not to provide a reason for our decision.

4.2 Reasons for Refusal
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Yan Tuck reserves the right to decline a return request for any of the following reasons:
(a) The product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition in its original packaging.
(b) The product(s) has been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a sale-able or consume-able condition.
(c) Order did not arrive due to factors within your control (providing wrong shipping address)
(d) Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Yan Tuck
including but not limited to delay caused by the courier company, extreme weather, Act of God.
